Our small group sessions are limited to just three clients per coach, allowing for individualized programming, form correction, and progressive strength training that delivers real results.

Each session focuses on proper movement, progressive overload, and functional strength—not just burning calories. You’ll train like an athlete with the same quality coaching and attention you’d receive in a private session, but with the motivation and shared energy of a small team beside you.
